You can also put the defrosted dough into a toaster oven for 15 minutes at 400F. This creates more like a baguette instead of a naan.

The Push to go Cloud (PAAS, SAAS, IAAS)

by glen on September 3rd, 2022 at 01:24 PM
In my 30 years of IT and counting, I have seen a shift in companies wanting to migrate their on premise servers to AWS or Azure. The driving factor appears to be saving costs in the long run and not having to worry about the underlying hardware that hosts the services. But little do they know that without proper management of the resources deployed and a deep understanding of the services provided, things can get out of control quite quickly. In fact, you will actually start spending more than you

Baking Soda

by glen on June 9th, 2022 at 10:28 PM
Can't believe this product has been around for about a century and with so many daily life uses but yet has so little coverage.

Of course they had to make the text extremely small so as to avoid someone accidentally reading it. You're probably thinking, well I swallow a bit of it sometimes and I'm OK. Yeah well a little bit of it for years and decades will add up. They don't

Coconut Oil

I used to get really bad allergies every Spring time. My eyes would get all itchy and watery and I'd suffer for weeks. So what do we all do to relieve the issue? We pop down allergy pills like candy to get some temporary reliefs to go outside. But once again, they only cure the symptoms but never the cause. I think most of us repeat this BS routine every year which is what the pharmaceuticals want. Life time memberships.

A couple years back, I found some articles online about coconut

Hydrogen Peroxide

by glen on June 2nd, 2022 at 04:04 PM
What is it? Well if you look it up on Google, all you read is fake news and more fake news. What they don't tell you is that hospitals used to give patients this to rub all over their body. But because the so called "Experts" claimed it is bad for the skin, it has since been removed from hospitals.

Nothing beats personal experience. I use it on my son's eczema that he gets around his chin. It is better then the crappy OTC cream we've been using that only cures the symptom
